Rentals are billed in 2-week increments, with minimum fees applying, and extensions available per your physician's medical necessity. Most people start with the cold-therapy window their surgeon suggests, tell us your surgery date on the form and we'll help you plan it. Which wrap do I need for my back?
For the lower back, the Lumbar with Straps wrap; for the neck and upper spine, the Cervical Upper wrap. We'll confirm the right one when we call you after your enquiry.
Can I lie down while it runs?
The wraps strap in place, so you're not balancing on an ice pack. Follow your surgeon's positioning guidance, and ask them how they'd like cold therapy incorporated.
How long should I rent?
Rentals bill in 2-week increments, with extensions per physician medical necessity. We'll help you plan around your procedure date.
Do I need a prescription to rent?
No, it's optional on the form. If you're going through WCB or private insurance, tell us and we'll walk you through it.
