How long to rent
Rentals are billed in 2-week increments, with minimum fees applying, and extensions available per your physician's medical necessity. Most people start with the cold-therapy window their surgeon suggests, tell us your surgery date on the form and we'll help you plan it. Common questions
Can I use it over a splint or boot?
That depends on your surgeon's instructions, some cold-therapy protocols run over dressings, others directly on skin with a barrier. Ask your care team, and we'll confirm wrap fit when we call you.
I can't drive right now. How do I keep this running?
That's the point of an iceless system: one cup of water runs the entire recovery. There are no ice runs, the machine chills the water itself and holds your set temperature.
How long do people rent for?
Rentals bill in 2-week increments, with extensions per physician medical necessity. Tell us your surgery date and we'll help you plan the window.
Do I need a prescription?
No, renting doesn't require a prescription. The form has an optional field if you have one, and we'll talk through WCB or insurance questions on the phone.
